These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 3D Form Factory website and any products, quotes or services you order from us. By using our website or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

2. Our services

We provide 3D printing, 3D modelling, prototyping and related manufacturing services, along with the sale of products through our online shop. Any quotes we provide are based on the information, files and specifications you supply and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and quotes

• An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing (including by email) and, where applicable, payment has been received.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any files, drawings, measurements and specifications you provide are accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to decline any order, including where a design is technically unfeasible, unlawful, or infringes the rights of a third party.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Full or partial payment may be required before work begins. We reserve the right to amend a quote if the requirements change after it was issued.

5. Delivery and turnaround

We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated turnaround and delivery times, but these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

6. Custom and made-to-order items

Many of our products are custom-made or produced to your specification. Because such items are made to order, your statutory right to cancel may not apply once production has begun. Please check your files and specifications carefully before confirming an order.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the designs and files you provide, and you confirm that you have the right to have those items produced. All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, remains the property of 3D Form Factory and may not be reproduced without our permission.

8. Returns, defects and cancellations

If a product arrives faulty or does not match the agreed specification, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Variations inherent to the 3D printing process (such as minor surface texture or layer lines) are not considered defects.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
